From maintaining affordable rent whenever possible, to constantly making improvements to our spaces and retrofitting older buildings with modern, green technology (like solar panels and LED lighting!), to installing murals and public art, we are always working to make things better for our incredible local community.

We support sustainability!

  • Solar Upgrades

    Our buildings came before solar technology was widely available, but we don’t think that should stop us from staying sustainable! We are working to add solar panels to our existing buildings and are always thinking of ways to make our spaces more sustainable.

  • Sustainable Appliances

    We believe sustainability is more than just a mindset- it comes down to the little things, which includes changing out old lightbulbs for modern, efficient LEDs and replacing old toilets with low-flush, water-saving models. While toilets may not be the most glamorous side of our work, we believe every aspect of your space should be considered for sustainability.

We support public arts!

  • Mural installations

    Many of our buildings have incredibly creative murals, done by local artists. We believe in making things beautiful and supporting our local creative community by expanding opportunities for local artists within our spaces whenever possible.

  • Artists Pop-up and gallerys

    Through The 76107 Collective, our co-working office space, we have been able to create awesome opportunities for local artists to bring their work to market and share it in our local communities.
